Privacy Policy
This policy explains what limited data HomeFix.wiki collects and why. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not require an account to read the Site.
Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the Site — which pages are read, roughly where traffic comes from, and how people navigate. GA4 sets cookies and collects usage data such as your approximate location (derived from IP, which Google anonymizes), device and browser type, pages visited, and referring links. This helps us decide what to write and how to improve the Site.
You can opt out of analytics cookies through your browser settings, a cookie-blocking extension, or Google's opt-out tools. Google's own handling of this data is governed by its privacy policy.
Affiliate links
When you click an affiliate link, our redirect records that the click happened (for our own aggregate reporting) and the destination retailer — for example Amazon — may set its own cookies to attribute a purchase. See our affiliate disclosure for how that works.
What we do not collect
We do not run user accounts, newsletters, or comment forms on the public Site, so we do not ask for or store names, email addresses, or payment details from readers. If you email us, we use your message only to respond to you.
Your choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access or delete personal data held about you. Because we collect only aggregate analytics data and no reader accounts, we hold very little that identifies you. Questions? Email [email protected].
